Character of a Jesus follower.
With the Jesus DNA in our bodies, and with God continuing His creative work in us that makes each of us unique and different from each other, we would see a church with different personalities, yet one in mind, heart, and character.
Exactly like how it is in a family. You all have similarities because of the family DNA in you, and yet, all of you are unique from each other. There's something different in your personalities. This is true even among twins. But you all carry the same name. However, the spiritual family of God has this unique feature--we all have the same mind, heart, and character. And all that is embedded in the Name we carry, the Jesus DNA.
The world has not seen an architect or engineer Jesus. Or an accountant Jesus, or one playing basketball or doing gymnastics. We haven't seen a businessman Jesus in Scripture. In these last days, God calls us to be thus---architects, engineers, nurses, doctors, businessmen, accountants, auditors, etc., all having different backgrounds and personalities, and yet because of the Jesus DNA in us, we all look the same in mindset, heart priorities, and character.
You cannot retain your old self if Jesus is really in you. All new creations in Christ have their pasts totally out of their lives. No more. It's never a half new, half old creation. It's totally new. It has Christ in it. And yet, God continues his creative work in each of us, making us unique from each other, though looking alike in Christ.
Now, the uniqueness here is NOT how denominations say they are all one in Christ but have their own uniqueness from each other. God is a Triune God, each Person the same God and yet different from each other. But they have the same and one doctrine--unlike church denominations which have contradicting doctrines.
The Jesus DNA perfects the work of God in us, finally melting all our persons in His one glorious church, without spot or wrinkle.
